Peter Hildebrandt
PRESIDENT
Peter Hildebrandt is an engineer, entrepreneur, business mentor, and freelance string bassist who has been a member of the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra since 2011. He owns Aria Lights, a global music stand light company serving professional musicians and orchestras, and previously led global R&D teams at Steelcase for 13 years. An active arts advocate, Peter has served in leadership roles with the Michael O’Neal Singers, Georgia Philharmonic, Associated Chamber Music Players Foundation, and founded the Georgia Chamber Music Retreat. He also mentors small business owners through SCORE and lives in Johns Creek with his wife, Nanette.

Marilyn Margolis
VICE PRESIDENT
Marilyn Margolis is the retired CEO of Emory Johns Creek Hospital and a longtime healthcare leader with more than 35 years of service at Emory Healthcare. Beginning her career as a critical care nurse, she advanced into executive leadership roles overseeing nursing, operations, quality improvement, and patient-centered care initiatives. Marilyn is the recipient of the Georgia Hospital Association Lifetime Achievement Award and Emory’s Distinguished Nursing Achievement Award. She remains active in the community through leadership roles with the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce, Johns Creek Advantage, and the Rotary Club of Johns Creek.

Bill Abely
TREASURER
Bill Abely is a finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, specializing in planning, analysis, and sales support. He currently works in the finance department at LeapFrog Services. Originally from the Boston area, Bill earned a BA in History from Boston College and an MBA from Duke University. Throughout his career, he has held finance leadership roles with organizations including Harris Corporation, BellSouth, Intergraph, Nationwide Credit, Pathfire, and CSM Bakery Products. Bill resides in Johns Creek with his wife, Catherine.

Kevin Brown
SECRETARY
Kevin Brown has spent more than 35 years serving the Atlanta arts and nonprofit communities, including 25 years with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, where he managed volunteer and front-of-house operations and oversaw the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra. He has worked with some of the world’s leading classical and popular artists and played a role in the Youth Orchestra’s participation in the 1996 Olympic Games closing ceremonies. Kevin currently serves as Volunteer Coordinator at Gentiva Hospice and has received multiple statewide awards for innovative volunteer programs. A longtime Johns Creek resident, he is active in the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce and community leadership organizations.

Hon. Pamela Boles
BOARD MEMBER
Pamela Boles serves as a Judge on the Municipal Court for the City of Cumming and is a member of multiple judicial and professional organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia and the Council of Municipal Court Judges. She has a diverse background that includes over 20 years of service in the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel, along with experience as a registered nurse. Pamela holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and a Juris Doctor degree, and has also taught for the U.S. Army and Lanier Technical College. An active community leader, she is involved with the Johns Creek Rotary Club, where she has served as president, and has contributed to numerous civic and professional boards throughout her career.

Scott Braynard
BOARD MEMBER
Scott Braynard is Chief Sales Officer at Alt Legal, a platform for managing trademark professionals’ dockets, and previously served as Vice President of Sales at Incident IQ, a K–12 service management software company. He has spent his career in technology sales, specializing in scaling enterprise software sales teams over the past 15 years. Originally from the Midwest, he earned a BA in Communications from the University of Iowa. Scott and his wife, Jennifer, have lived in the Johns Creek area for over 30 years and are active supporters of the local arts community, raising a family with strong musical involvement.

Amy Chang
BOARD MEMBER
Amy Chang is a professional violinist and violist with over 25 years of experience performing with ensembles including the Houston and Atlanta Symphony Orchestras, ballet orchestras, and opera companies. She has also taught at international festivals and institutions such as the Asian Youth Orchestra, Interlochen Music Festival, and Harpa International Music Academy. In 2014, she co-founded the William Pu Music Academy in Alpharetta, followed by the Atlanta Festival Academy and Atlanta Festival Youth Orchestras, expanding her impact in music education. A graduate of Rice University’s Shepherd School of Music, Amy has trained students who have gone on to win major competitions and earn conservatory scholarships.

Ting Chiu
BOARD MEMBER
Ting Chiu is a financial services leader who transitioned from a career in Montessori education into financial literacy and wealth education through World Financial Group. Since shifting her focus, she has built a career centered on teaching personal financial strategies and developing advisors, ultimately rising to Executive Vice Chairman in 2015. She currently oversees a large network of licensed agents across multiple states and works with clients nationwide. Ting holds certifications including Certified Financial Educator (CFEd), Certified College Planning Consultant, and is a Registered Representative with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. She is also active in her church and community nonprofit organizations.

Erin Elwood
BOARD MEMBER
Erin Elwood is an attorney practicing in Roswell, a small business owner, and an active member of the Johns Creek community. She co-owns Johns Creek Books, the city’s only independent bookstore, and serves on the Johns Creek City Council. Erin holds degrees from Agnes Scott College, Georgia State University College of Law, and Valdosta State University, where she earned a Master of Library & Information Science. She lives in the Rivermont community with her husband and son and is deeply engaged in supporting the arts, literature, and local cultural life.

Angela Bair Harvey
BOARD MEMBER
Angela Harvey is a retired educator with a master’s degree in Middle Childhood Education who was recognized as Teacher of the Year and named to Who’s Who Among American Teachers. She is an active community volunteer with deep involvement in civic and arts organizations in Johns Creek, including leadership roles with the Rotary Club of Johns Creek–North Fulton, Leadership Johns Creek, and the Johns Creek Arts Center Guild. Angela also participates in the Johns Creek Historical Society, Bellmere Garden Club, and the Beautification Board’s Secret Gardens of Johns Creek Tour Committee. She is a member of Johns Creek Presbyterian Church and continues to support local community initiatives and the arts.

Arthur Holst
BOARD MEMBER
Arthur Holst is a retired hospitality executive with over 30 years of experience, including senior leadership at IHG Hotels & Resorts overseeing global operations across thousands of hotels and multiple brands. His career spanned operations, sales, revenue management, and risk management for a large multinational organization, and he has been widely interviewed and frequently invited to speak in industry and academic settings. He has received multiple honors, including IHG’s President’s Award of Excellence, the Knights Award, and the Coca-Cola President’s Award. Since retiring in 2019, he has remained active in civic and nonprofit leadership in Johns Creek, serving on several boards and continuing his engagement in the arts as a trained concert violinist.

Shafiq Jadavi
BOARD MEMBER
Shafiq Jadavji is the Founder & CEO of 60 Financial, where he focuses on helping individuals and businesses build purpose-driven financial futures. He is an active civic leader in Johns Creek, involved with organizations including the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra, Johns Creek Public Safety Foundation, Recreation and Parks Advisory Committee, and Johns Creek Arts Center, as well as Leadership Johns Creek. He is also the Founder and President of the Johns Creek Cricket Association and was inducted into the USA Cricket Hall of Fame in 2022 for his long-standing contributions to the sport. Shafiq holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS from the University at Buffalo.

Xiaoxia Jiang
BOARD MEMBER
Xiaoxia Jiang is originally from Chongqing, China, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from China and a diploma in computer information systems management from Canada. Her professional background includes university teaching and faculty management, as well as business leadership roles in a Sino-foreign joint venture company. She is a co-founder of multiple companies, including an interior design firm in China and Magnolia Senior Living, an assisted living and memory care organization in the Atlanta area. Xiaoxia is also active in creative and recreational pursuits, including interior design, singing, dancing, and badminton.

Eunice Kim
BOARD MEMBER
Eunice Kim is the founder of Eunice Spaces LLC, a consultancy and creative placemaking studio focused on developing capital projects and human-centered social infrastructure. A Columbia-trained architect with over 20 years of experience, she has advised Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, startups, nonprofits, and cultural institutions, primarily in New York City. She is also a lifelong musician and active community advocate, serving on local boards and supporting initiatives that use the arts to build more connected and inclusive communities.

Orlando Ojeda
BOARD MEMBER
Orlando Ojeda is the Founder and CEO of Altius US, Inc., a role he has held since 2026. He is also the owner and long-time leader of Full Circle Restoration and Construction Services, an Atlanta-based disaster restoration and reconstruction company he has led for nearly three decades through its predecessor organizations. He began his career at Cargocaire Engineering Corp., building expertise in disaster response, mitigation, and insurance claims documentation. He remains active in industry leadership through organizations such as BOMA Georgia and the Georgia Bio Recovery Association.

William Pu
BOARD MEMBER
William Pu is a Chinese-American violinist who has served as Assistant Concertmaster of the Houston Symphony and Associate Concertmaster of the Atlanta Symphony. Born in Shanghai and trained at the Shanghai Conservatory, he is an award-winning performer and has collaborated with leading international artists and orchestras. Alongside his performance career, he is an active educator and co-founder of the William Pu Music Academy, the Atlanta Festival Academy, and related youth music programs with his wife, Amy Chang. He serves on community boards including Emory Johns Creek Hospital and the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra and has been recognized as an Outstanding Georgia Citizen.

Karen Robertson-Wall

Karen Robertson-Wall has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, including more than 25 years with her current firm, and is currently pursuing the Certified Financial Planner designation. She began her career on municipal and retail trading desks at firms including Kidder Peabody and Dean Witter Reynolds before joining A.G. Edwards & Sons to better serve her clients. She holds a BS and MBA from Reinhardt University and has lived in the Atlanta suburbs for over 45 years. She is a widow with three children and five grandchildren and enjoys an active lifestyle including walking, cycling, sailing, reading, and travel.

Douglas A. Russ
BOARD MEMBER
Douglas A. Russ is Managing Partner for Finance and Operations at Premier Logistics Partners, a third-party logistics company providing shipping and supply chain solutions. A CPA with over 30 years of experience in Georgia, he holds a BS in Business and Accounting from Wittenberg University and an MBA in Finance from Penn State University. He also founded BizLaunch Now, a Johns Creek consultancy supporting startups and small to mid-size businesses, and previously served as President of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce, where he helped significantly grow membership. He is active in civic and community organizations and enjoys running, tennis, reading, and spending time with family.
