Covid-19

To our loyal patrons:

The Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra is excited to celebrate our 15th anniversary season this year! We have an exciting schedule of concerts planned and we look forward to performing for you.

Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra cares about the health and welfare of our audience, volunteers, and musicians. In response to COVID-19, we have established a Task Force to address patron and musician safety at all performances. These procedures and protocols will be communicated and adjusted as the situation with COVID-19 evolves. We will continue to follow any guidelines from local and other officials, and we have established a COVID-19 Task Force to address any future needs.

  • The Task Force will focus on protocols to safeguard the health and well-being of our audience and musicians during COVID-19 and make future updates as needed.
  • Social distancing guidelines will be communicated in advance of any concerts for full awareness of concert-goers.
  • Sanitation procedures will be reviewed with our venues to ensure patron safety as well as guidelines posted on both our website and at concert locations.
  • We will extend our “No Questions Asked” refund policy to the upcoming season to ensure patrons have the ability to make their own decisions and cancel without penalty.

At this time we respectfully ask that you once again consider a donation to the orchestra.  Details can be found online at our website.  We are excited about the upcoming season and the great performances we will once again be able to provide due to your generosity and patronage.

We have proudly served this area for 15 years and we look forward to the future.  Thank you for your support both in the past and in this 15th anniversary season.

Sincerely,

Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors
