Kevin Brown joined the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra with over 35 years of experience in the Atlanta arts community, 25 of those years as Atlanta Symphony Orchestra House Manager. Believing this role as central to an orchestra’s commitment to customer loyalty, he was primarily responsible for managing the customer experience at all symphony performance events. In charge of more than 1,600 volunteer ushers and paid staff supervisors at two venues, he implemented customer-centric training programs to encourage positive usher interaction with patrons. Mr. Brown successfully led the usher corps to a customer service survey score of 98-percent patron satisfaction for “attitude and services of the ushers.” Kevin is currently the Director of Volunteer Services at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, a newly created position for which he was hired based on his stellar achievements with the ASO. Kevin is also a member of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as a board member of his own Glenhurst neighborhood in Johns Creek where he leads planning for special events. When not working, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife Jann and sons Luke and Nicholas.
